RETURN, REFUND AND LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, Tiive Robot does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incompatibility, or other non-defect-related reasons.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please do not return any product or component without prior written authorization from Tiive Robot.

LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

The following limited commercial warranty periods begin on the product delivery date:

• Batteries, motors, and control boxes: 6 months
• Other spare parts: 1 year

This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal and intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or consumable components
• Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Water, fire, impact, voltage, or environmental damage
• Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or storage
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
• Damage caused by incompatible third-party accessories or components
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation

For an approved warranty claim, Tiive Robot may repair or replace the defective component, subject to availability and applicable law. Customers must follow the troubleshooting, inspection, and return instructions provided by Tiive Robot.

STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

This limited commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Where mandatory law grants consumers a right to withdraw from an online purchase, that right remains applicable. The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to order or clearly personalized, where permitted by law.
